As for me location is magnificent and unbeatable, very close to the centre, a park and the sea nearby, and the Poole and Purbeck areas. The rooms are brand-new and beautifully maintained, have feather pillows. The hotel provides an excellent service. If I return to Poole I would happily return.

Despite the warm welcome, I was shocked by the inconvenient shower setup-walking sideways just to enter? Absolutely absurd! Who knew that breakfast didn't include luxurious dining options? The lack of streaming channels in my room was beyond disappointing. A complimentary drink or a snack woudl ve been nice after such a struggle, but I guess this place does not cater to special guests like me.

The location proved ideal for our wedding attendance. Doug's warm greeting. Breakfast was a highlight with a lovely variety of options. We especially loved the garden view from the dining area.
